PwC is significantly growing its SAP capability to meet increasing client demand for complex transformations in the manufacturing, life sciences, and consumer goods sectors. We are looking for Solution Architects and project leads with experience across the full scope of supply chain functions, including logistics, manufacturing, planning, procurement, PLM, and quality management. The individuals will play key roles in shaping, designing, and delivering end-to-end, future-ready SAP solutions for large-scale supply chains.
What your days will look like:
1. Leading the design and delivery of S/4HANA supply chain solutions across logistics, manufacturing, planning, procurement, PLM, and quality management.
2. Collaborating with other solution architects in the finance and commercial domains to ensure end-to-end design integrity.
3. Shaping solution architectures aligned to industry best practices, SAP’s Activate methodology, and the latest product roadmap.
4. Leading multiple workstreams of functional consultants, developers, and data architects to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
5. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining relationships with senior operations and IT stakeholders.
6. Contributing to the development of PwC's SAP delivery capability in supply chain through coaching and supporting junior team members both in the UK and globally.
7. Contributing to internal asset development and knowledge sharing within PwC’s SAP community.
This role is for you if:
1. You have proven experience in designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions.
2. You have a deep understanding of SAP’s capabilities in manufacturing, planning, logistics, and procurement.
3. You are experienced in delivering complex change in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
4. You are familiar with SAP Best Practices, Business Process Content, and fit-to-standard approaches.
5. You have experience in full project lifecycles including blueprinting, delivery, testing, and post go-live support.
6. You are focused on delivering successful operational change through strong communication, stakeholder management, and translating SAP solutions to real-world supply chains.
7. You are comfortable operating in agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models.
8. You have experience working in global or regional supply chains on large SAP programs.
9. Candidates from boutique consultancies or industry roles are encouraged to apply.
10. You have some experience with SAP’s product data management and quality management capabilities.
What you’ll receive from us:
We offer benefits designed to add value and support your career and personal life, including flexible working arrangements, private medical cover, virtual GP access, volunteering days, and more.
