Job Description
* Directing auditing operations and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
* Supervising and mentoring a team of auditors.
* Coordinating with stakeholders to gather necessary information for audits.
* Reviewing financial reports for accuracy and legal compliance.
* Developing and implementing effective audit strategies.
* Preparing and presenting audit findings to stakeholders.
* Implementing changes to improve financial systems and processes.
* Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Director should have:
* Professional qualification in Accounting and Finance (ACA/ACCA)
* Proficiency in accounting software and databases.
* Excellent knowledge of auditing practices and relevant laws.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.
* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
