Location: Lion Laboratories
Lion Laboratories is seeking dedicated full-time Production Assemblers to join our team. This role involves the assembly of breath alcohol detection devices and includes tasks such as through-hole soldering, creating small pre-assemblies, and adding customer-specific software and configurations. The position may also involve assisting in the Fuel Cell Laboratory with assembly work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble breath alcohol detection devices with precision.
Perform through-hole and SMT soldering.
Utilize and maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Record manufacturing data, including quantities and time entries, via the Epicor ERP system.
Support stock management and handle inventory transactions.
Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Background in manufacturing, preferably in electronics.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret SOPs and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management.
Soldering expertise (both through-hole and SMT).
Software Skills: Competent in PC operations, including data entry and time tracking.

Excellent time management and teamwork abilities.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to meet project deadlines.
