What You'll Be Doing
* Managing day-to-day estates operations across multiple sites
* Ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and well-maintained
* Leading planned and reactive maintenance programmes
* Overseeing contractors and supporting capital projects
* Conducting site inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Managing regional estates budgets and reporting on risks and priorities
What We're Looking For
* Experience in estates or facilities management (ideally in education, care, or public sector)
* Strong knowledge of building compliance and health & safety
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate contractors
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
