We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact within a busy, welcoming workplace environment.
This role is perfect for someone with a warm, confident manner who enjoys a varied front-of-house position and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Job Description
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming communications, and providing general support to the wider site team. This is a collaborative environment with great onsite facilities and wellbeing initiatives.
This role offers real opportunities for development, with a clear pathway into broader facilities roles for those who want to progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, visitor enquiries and postal duties.
* Log and process deliveries using Royal Mail systems.
* Offer general administrative and office support as required.
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.
Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook etc.).
* Professional, reliable and well-presented.
* Friendly, adaptable and approachable.
* Ideally located within easy travelling distance.
