Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership and direction to all branch functions, ensuring a positive, motivated, and high‑performing team culture.
* Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the sales office, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and effective support for the wider commercial team.
* Take full accountability for adherence to all Quality, Health & Safety, and Sustainability requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with company policies, and a safe working environment.
* Drive branch performance through effective planning, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Prepare reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.

* Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a commercial, operational, or sales environment.
