The Role: Returns Administrator – Part Time PureTech are looking for a Returns Administrator to join our CCTV Technical Team, to provide returns administration and support for QVIS Lighting & Security, PureTech. Main Responsibilities: Returns Administrator Liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouse staff and other relevant departments to coordinate returns Record and process customer returns in line with internal process and service level agreement Process system job sheets, including raising repair and replacement sales orders, credit and debit notes Collaborate effectively as part of the team to identify opportunities and improvements to processes General administrative support Ensure that all deadlines are met within set timeframes Communicate frequently with customers with regular updates on RMA progress Update and maintain relevant reports and spreadsheets Skills and Experience: Returns Administrator Previous experience in an administrative or support role Experience with SAP desirable but not essential Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills Able to work to deadlines with pace and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organisational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office software Benefits: Returns Administrator Birthday Voucher Company Events Free onsite parking Company Pension Scheme Cycle to work scheme 24 days holiday bank holidays To submit your CV for this exciting Returns Administrator, please press ‘Apply’ now and await further instructions.
