Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students with SEN, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and MLD.
* Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
* Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil.
* Monitor pupil progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needs.
* Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
* Experience teaching secondary students with SEMH.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
