The Role
Working alongside teaching staff, you will support pupils with a variety of academic, social, and behavioural needs. Your presence in the classroom will help create a focused, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting pupils during lessons to maintain engagement
* Assisting with literacy and numeracy tasks
* Reinforcing positive behaviour and clear classroom expectations
* Helping maintain a calm and structured setting
* Working collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff
This is an active role where you will see first-hand the progress pupils make with the right support.

Who We’re Looking For
Formal qualifications are not required. We are interested in individuals with the right mindset and attitude.
You should be:
* Calm, confident, and reliable
* A positive role model
* Flexible and comfortable adapting to different school environments
* A strong communicator and team player
Experience in education, care, coaching, sport, or youth work is beneficial, but not essential. Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are key.

Essential Requirement
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as travel between schools may be required at short notice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
