Hours: Part-time – approx. 25 hours/week (5 hours/day, Monday to Friday)
Salary: £12.50–£16 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role
Mudrak & Sons is a fast-growing tile brokerage business serving developers, architects and wholesalers across the UK. We're looking for a proactive, organised and confident Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and help keep the day-to-day running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small but growing business, enjoys variety, and is comfortable working closely with leadership. The position is based at our Chippenham office and requires in-person attendance.
Key Responsibilities
* Work as a PA to the CEO: drafting and responding to emails, note-taking, scheduling, and occasional copywriting
* Manage inbound customer enquiries: answering phones, responding to emails, logging details in the CRM
* Build positive relationships with clients – be confident, warm and professional in communication
* Help coordinate office logistics, support the sales team and step in to manage basic operations when required
* Research and book venues, travel and other logistics for events or meetings
* Maintain general office organisation and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
* Experience in an assistant, receptionist, office manager, or similar admin role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills – particularly via email and phone
* Confident and personable on the phone – able to speak with customers, build rapport, and handle queries professionally
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
* Experience using a CRM system to manage customer data is preferred
Preferred Experience (not essential but a bonus):
* Previous experience supporting a CEO or leadership team directly
* Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
* Familiarity with the construction sector or building materials supply
