£65,000 - £85,000 per annum
We’re partnering with a major UK telecommunications provider on a flagship Agentic AI transformation programme. This is a long-term, high-impact initiative focused on moving from legacy, manual workflows to an intelligent and automated operating model.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Platform Architect to define features of the Agentic Canvas and manage the backlog of AI agent skills. You’ll sit at the intersection of business, product and engineering, helping turn complex operational challenges into scalable automation solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading discovery workshops to identify pain points and automation opportunities
* Translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
* Shaping epics and prioritising backlogs alongside Product Owners
* Collaborating with engineers to refine requirements and prepare work for delivery
* Analysing operational data to improve AI agent performance and adoption
* Producing documentation, diagrams and training materials to support change
* Ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and delivery frameworks
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Business Analyst in telecommunications or related domains (core, transport, WAN, fixed networks)
* Strong background writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments
* Confident workshop facilitator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to analyse and map business processes (BPMN or similar)
* Proven collaboration with engineering teams
* Strong organisational and documentation skills
* Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and modern collaboration tools
* User-centric mindset with awareness of UX and usability
