You will implement school-wide changes and allocate resources in line with the school’s strategic goals, ensuring the school’s successful financial performance.
As part of strategic financial planning, you will develop and implement the school’s fundraising and income generation strategy, choosing fundraising priorities in line with the school improvement plan, including grant applications.
In short, you will head the team that ensures the school operates smoothly, allowing leaders and teachers to focus on teaching and learning. Excellent communication skills, organisation and innovation will be crucial skills, along with your passion and commitment to our mission: ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high-quality education.
The role is 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday inclusive (working pattern for these hours is flexible)
