This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established and forward-thinking People Operations function. As a leader within the team, you'll have the chance to shape and develop a group of talented Administrators and Advisors, championing a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
You’llplay a vital role in driving the transformation of our people processes – enhancing self-service capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and most importantly putting the colleague experience at the heart of everything we do.
What Will YouBe Doing?
As our People Shared Services Senior Manager, you’llhave the opportunity to:
1. Lead your team by coaching, supporting, and managing performance- building capability while ensuring first-line advice aligns with our people policies and processes.
2. Oversee Workday case management, from triage to timely first response, partnering with Employee Relations to identify and drive policy and process improvements.
3. Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline the colleague journey, enhance engagement, and simplify processes.
4. Manage key partnerships, including our screening and vetting provider, ensuring Right to Work checks and onboarding practices are fully compliant and within risk appetite.
5. Collaborate across the People Division and wider business to deliver impactful transformation and elevate the colleague experience.
What Do We Need FromYou?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
6. Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams within a shared service or people operations environment.
7. A background in Financial Services or other regulated industries, with a solid understanding of compliance requirements.
8. Strong working knowledge of people policies, processes and intricate HR systems, ideally with hands-on experience using Workday.
9. Expertise in onboarding, screening, and reward processes.
10. A proactive, improvement-driven mindset, with a passion for enhancing efficiency and service delivery.
11. Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative frameworks.
12. Experience managing third-party supplier relationships, driving quality and accountability.
