An exciting and varied role for an Electrical Engineer based in Southampton, focused on mobile electrical maintenance works with a customer‑oriented focus. Responsibilities include re‑lighting, fault finding, installation of consumer units, socket replacement, etc.
Responsibilities
* Undertake emergency callouts and quote request surveys
* Perform electrical fault‑finding, repairs, and assembly
* Use PDA, log into portals and log off correctly, following company procedures
* Supply the SEE Services estimating team with quote information requests by required deadlines
* Carry out relevant NICEIC electrical tests, principally minor works certifications on the tablets
* Deliver M&E and minor works including general lighting, power data, small scale fire alarm works, fault finding
* Work independently but may pair with another engineer depending on the works and business requirements
* Ensure photos are taken before and after repairs, inline with company procedures
* Complete work sheets on site, following operations standard
* Upload all documentation to each job (Job Docs) in a timely fashion, at latest after completing the job
* Undertake call out as required while on duty on the call out rota
* Ensure the highest standards and competencies are delivered and demonstrated for all works undertaken
* Contribute to the delivery of quality service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction
* Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to the client and team as required in line with Company policies and procedures
* Follow Health and Safety policies and requirements
