This role is a blend of client relationship development and high‑quality candidate management, requiring someone who is proactive, organised, and commercially driven. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full 360 recruitment process. This includes identifying and developing new client relationships, taking detailed job briefs, negotiating fees and terms of business, sourcing and headhunting candidates, managing your candidate pipeline, conducting right‑to‑work and compliance checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for successful placements.
