We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a thriving primary school in the Southam area. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive team, providing high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Your new role
1. Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
2. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
3. Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development
4. Maintain accurate records and contribute to planning and assessment
What you'll need to succeed
5. Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
6. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
7. Recent experience in childcare or school settings
8. Excellentmunication and teamwork skills
9. A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
