As Marketing Administrator you will provide administrative support to the marketing team within an FCA regulated market. This is a varied and interesting role within a small marketing team for a business that administers pre-payment funeral plans. The successful candidate will have a desire to work as part of a strong and supportive team. Key responsibilities Support team with day to day marketing/office administration such as minute-taking, room bookings, mail merging letter campaigns, cleaning data lists, issuing approved marketing content, etc, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service within agreed SLAs Liaison with internal stakeholders, funeral directing partners including some key accounts and third party suppliers and managing requests from these parties Print management Organising the artwork and approval of marketing materials and literature including placing orders Managing the regulatory compliance process including the re-approval cycle, the marketing inbox enquiries/requests and providing administrative support Updating CRM and cleaning database lists Maintaining a work-in-progress list Supporting with buy-online administration as required Support with regulatory requirements such as literature changes and communications Build effective internal relationships to deliver exceptional customer service and support Ecclesiastical’s “right first time” approach Knowledge, skills and experience Previous administrative experience Excellent written and oral communication Proofreading skills, excellent attention to detail and knowledge of the English language Basic copy-writing skills Experience of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel Proven organisational and prioritisation skills Flexible attitude and approach and excellent team player Willingness and ability to support colleagues and share information Ability to adapt approach to suit requirements What we offer A competitive salary - let's discuss it Group Personal Pension - up to 12% employer contribution Generous annual bonus scheme up to 24% 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a holiday buy and sell scheme A range of health and wellbeing benefits, including private healthcare, income protection and life assurance Up to £400 annual personal grant to a charity of your choice Encouraged to take at least one volunteering day per year Employee Assistance Programme Full study support to gain professional qualifications Access to virtual GP Enhanced maternity and paternity pay About us Ecclesiastical Planning Services (EPS) work with a UK-wide network of funeral directors to provide pre-paid funeral plans.
