Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer – Cheltenham
Role Overview
Join our Evolve Graduate Programme starting October 2026 in Cheltenham, where you will develop structural engineering work packages and supporting documentation for a wide range of projects ranging from residential to industrial with values over £30 million.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce structural engineering work packages from initial concept through to completion.
* Deliver calculation packages for Building Control submission.
* Undertake survey inspections and prepare clear reports with findings and recommendations.
* Collaborate with other disciplines on multi‑discipline projects.
* Represent the company at external meetings with clients, contractors and professionals.
* Deliver work within agreed fee and timescales.
* Prepare client and project proposals.
* Adopt and contribute to the company’s design philosophy and fundamentals.
Required Skills & Experience
* Accredited civil or structural engineering degree at 2:1 or above.
* Right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
* Experience with drafting packages such as Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam is an advantage.
* Strong passion for the built environment sector.
* Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to absorb expertise from a seasoned team.
