Job Title: Call Handler
Randstad is looking for an experienced Call Handler to join a busy Maintenance Contractor based in Basildon on a part-time, permanent basis.
Duties
1. Answer inbound calls from tenants and clients.
2. Log and schedule repairs and maintenance requests.
3. Liaise with engineers and contractors to coordinate appointments.
4. Update systems and ensure accurate records are kept.
5. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
6. Perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in call handling, customer service, or admin, ideally in a Maintenance, Housing, or Construction role.
2. Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
4. Basic IT skills for logging and updating records.
