Drive all revenue lines, including membership sales and product sales, to enhance overall gym profitability.
Manage controllable costs effectively, such as stock orders and cleaning supplies, to eliminate wastage and overspend.
Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience.
Ensure adherence to central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND, and MOVE, delivering them consistently at the highest level.
Promote collective buy-in to national initiatives such as #WorkoutWednesday and #WeCommunicate.
Oversee recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members.
Complete all operational processes daily, weekly, and monthly to a high standard.
Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team development.
Report facilities and maintenance issues according to best practices.
Remain resilient and agile to respond to challenges and find solutions.
Manage policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and pool plant operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Possess a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
Hold a Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable).
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
Adapt communication and management styles to individual team members.
Maintain a positive, solutions-driven mindset.
Be a member champion with excellent interpersonal skills.
Be driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop role-specific behaviors and competencies.
Show flexibility in working hours and locations, including weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
