Passionate about Sales? Committed to Customer Experience? We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our UltraScape Brand to oversee and drive our UK South Region covering in and around Oxfordshire, Somerset, Surrey and Essex.
40 hours per week Monday- Friday.

As an integral part of the Ultra Tile team you will proactively sell the ‘Instarmac Difference’ and actively promote the range of products associated with brand. Hitting sales targets and meeting KPI’s. Carrying out all necessary tasks to assist in the successful growth of the brand.
Duties
What you will be doing:-
· Increase sales by proactively selling the ‘Instarmac Difference’
· Actively promoting the range of products associated with brand
· Hitting sales targets and meeting KPI’s
· Managing projects from concept to completion
· Checking customer sales history and purchasing trends
· Carrying out all necessary tasks to assist in the successful growth of the brand
Requirements
It is key that you have:-
· External sales knowledge and established experience within a similar environment.
· Industry knowledge with significant and proven experience working within a field sales role.
· Experience of territory management selling products
· A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
· Experience in dealing with contractors and architects
· Project Management Skills
· Knowledge of using CRM System
· Experience of working in a fast paced environment
Ideally, you should be located in the centrally with easy access to the motorway network, the ideal locations are Manchester, Leeds, Cheshire or Derbyshire.
It is a fast paced role, working within an established brand / customer portfolio and being able to evidence growth within the brand.
