What You’ll Be Doing: Processing accurate and timely payroll in line with internal deadlines. Managing payroll lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, leavers, pay changes, and statutory updates. Handling time, attendance, absence, and holiday data to ensure clean payroll runs. Carrying out audits and checking exception reports to spot and fix discrepancies. Generating reports and managing payroll data for internal teams and external bodies (HMRC, pension providers, etc.). What You’ll Need: 2 years’ experience in payroll processing. Proven knowledge of end-to-end payroll procedures. Great communication and customer service skills – confident liaising with stakeholders. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
