Are you an experienced Recruitment Officer looking for your next opportunity? I'm supporting a fantastic, values‑driven organisation in Surrey that is looking for someone to join their HR team on a 3-6 month fixed term contract, with an immediate start.

What you'll be doing
You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process, including:
Creating engaging job adverts and managing applications
Coordinating shortlisting and interviews
Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
Conducting compliance checks including DBS and references
Producing offer letters, contracts and managing on-boarding documentation
Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries
Supporting with recruitment events and continuous improvement initiatives
What my client is looking for
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work confidently with hiring managers and candidates
Someone who can start quickly and hit the ground running
Able to work in Redhill 3 days per week
A positive, proactive, can‑do attitude
