ADMINISTARTOR – STOKE ON TRENT – TEMPORARY 4 MONTHS- £11.44hr – START ASAP
My client is a well-established provider in their field, they are seeking some additional support within their HR Team to assist them for the next 4 months. This role will see you working Monday-Friday 8.30-5pm. You will be required to travel to their sites around the UK an therefore must have your own transport.
Duties include:
1. Uploading documents onto the system in a timely manner.
2. Making sure files are kept up to date with all documents organised correctly.
3. Tracking and monitoring employee absence on the system.
4. Liaising with different departments when needed.
5. All round administration duties.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with a professional and confident manner with an excellent attention to detail. You will ideally have previous administration experience however this is not essential for this role.
