Job Purpose
The Global Manager - Performance Management CL is responsible for leading and coordinating the global performance management framework across all Contract Logistics regions. The role ensures structured KPI governance, disciplined Management Business Review (MBR) processes, transparent oversight of financial risk areas, including the Low-Margin Contracts Program and scope creep identification. The role governs the Contract Logistics Master Site and structural data framework, ensuring alignment between operational sites, financial entities, system mappings, and reporting structures. Operating at a global governance level, the role provides transparency, comparability, and structured follow‑up across regions and supports leadership decision‑making through consolidated insights, risk visibility, and performance analysis.
Key Accountabilities
* Global KPI Governance & Performance Tracking – Lead and coordinate global KPI governance framework, ensure standardized KPI definitions, monitor KPI trends, consolidate global performance reporting, and identify performance gaps.
* Low‑Margin Contracts Program – Global Coordination – Coordinate the global Low‑Margin Contracts performance program, support entry/exit criteria definition, consolidate reporting, highlight deviations, and provide visibility on margin recovery.
* Scope Creep Identification & Margin Visibility – Establish a framework to identify and track scope creep, compare contractual scope with operational execution, provide visibility on unbilled/non‑contracted activities, quantify scope variances with regions, and incorporate findings into performance reviews.
* Management Business Review (MBR) Governance – Coordinate global and regional MBR structures, ensure data alignment and validation, support MBR material preparation, ensure comparability of outputs, and track key actions for follow‑up.
* Master Data & Site Governance (Single Source of Truth) – Lead and maintain the Contract Logistics Master Site governance framework, maintain a global master file of operational sites, ensure alignment between sites and legal/GC/CRM/reporting tools, govern change control processes, and align new tools with the master site framework.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Professional Experience
* 10+ years in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Performance, or Financial Performance roles.
* Experience in KPI governance, performance frameworks, or margin improvement programs.
* Exposure to contract profitability, cost‑to‑serve analysis, and financial performance tracking.
* Experience operating in multinational, multi‑regional organizations and supporting executive‑level review forums.
Technical & Functional Expertise
* Strong financial and commercial acumen with understanding of warehousing economics.
* Deep understanding of operational KPIs and margin drivers in contract logistics.
* Experience with master data governance, structural mapping, or performance data alignment.
* Ability to reconcile operational data with financial reporting structures.
* Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to influence across regions and functions without direct authority.
* Governance‑oriented, detail‑focused mindset.
* High integrity and disciplined approach to performance transparency.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and structured, organized execution focus.
