We're working with a leading business based just outside Ipswich who are seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing IT team. This is a customer-facing, office-based role where you'll be responsible for resolving more complex technical issues, supporting a wide range of technologies, and working closely with key business users. Due to the location, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. Key Responsibilities Act as an escalation point for 1st line support, taking ownership of 2nd line incidents and requests. Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware. Configure, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Work closely with key business stakeholders, delivering clear communication and excellent customer service. Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvements where required.
