The Role
As a Manager-level Technical Architect, you will lead teams of ServiceNow developers and architects on large-scale programmes, providing technical leadership, architecture oversight, and trusted client advisory. You will influence solution strategy, ensure adherence to best practices, and enable high-quality delivery across multiple modules and client environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical design authority on critical ServiceNow programmes for Fortune 500 clients.
* Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers, ensuring quality standards, code reviews, and architectural integrity.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on platform strategy, integrations, and automation.
* Oversee delivery of complex multi-module ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HR, CSM, SPM, and HAM/SAM.
* Integrate ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems.
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve methodology, service offerings, and client outcomes.
* Stay current with emerging ServiceNow technologies, modules, AI/GenAI features, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience in ServiceNow development and technical architecture.
* 5+ years leading ServiceNow delivery teams in a technical or managerial capacity.
* Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
* Experience with 3+ modules outside ITSM.
* Advanced scripting and integration capabilities (JavaScript, SQL, API/Web Services).
* Experience integrating with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Strong client-facing advisory experience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Process-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across teams.
Nice to Have
* Certified Technical Architect or working towards Master Architect
* ITILv4 certification
* SC clearance eligibility
