Job Purpose:
Responsible for carrying out the maintenance and servicing to Gas/Boiler systems and associated equipment as well as supporting on general plumbing duties.
What you’ll do:
1. Carry out pre-planned maintenance activities on the gas/boiler systems across the account
2. Respond to break downs and urgent tasks in a timely manner
3. Support with general plumbing duties when required
4. Escort subcontractors around site where necessary
5. Work closely with the Gas Supervisor to ensure the Gas/Boiler maintenance schedule is adhered to
6. Other duties as assigned
Who you’ll be:
7. Proven experience working in a maintenance / servicing role specifically on gas/boiler equipment
8. Commercial gas boiler qualification is essential
9. Bottled/compressed gas experience is advantageous
10. An understanding of building services / facilities management
11. The ability to obtain security clearance
