Head of Business Development - Apprenticeships
Join our award-winning Apprenticeships team and help shape the future of skills across Greater Manchester and the North West. We're looking for a Head of Business Development to drive growth, build strong employer partnerships, and expand apprenticeship opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver a business development strategy to grow apprenticeship income and market share.
* Build and secure new employer partnerships across priority sectors.
* Use labour-market insights to inform programme planning and growth.
* Maximise existing employer relationships to increase apprenticeship uptake.
* Champion and promote our award‑winning apprenticeship offer.
* Identify and lead on tender and bid opportunities.
About You
Proven experience in high level business development, sales, employer engagement in apprenticeships or education. Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills. Commercially minded, target‑driven, and passionate about workforce development.
