Our Front Office department is looking for someone with a professional, bright, friendly attitude, with a 'can do' approach to join our team. You will have a good level of English, both spoken and written. You will have the ability to build a natural rapport with customers with exceptional conversation.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, guest check-ins / out, and general reception administration.
Experience: Previous experience within Reception or Reservations and knowledge of Opera or similar Front Office system
would be advantageous, but full training will be given.
Qualifications: A qualification in hospitality and/or tourism is desirable.
