PURPOSE OF CARE
* To provide high-quality care and support to adults aged 18+ in their own homes, enabling them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
* You will follow personalised care plans, ensure safety and well-being, and embody the values of honour, respect, and compassion in every visit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming) in line with care plans.
* Assist with medication prompts, administration, and accurate record keeping.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Support with mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home. Assist with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration.
* Carry out light domestic duties (laundry, tidying, shopping).
* Follow infection control procedures and correct PPE use at all times.
* Report any concerns, incidents, or changes in client condition promptly.
* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, ensuring clients are protected from harm.
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and Data Protection requirements.
PAY & BENEFITS
* £13.00/hour
* Uniform provided

TRAINIG AND DEVELOPMENT
You will complete the Care Certificate and receive mandatory training in:
* Moving & Handling
* Medication Awareness
* Safeguarding Adults
* Infection Control
* First Aid & Basic Life Support
* Dementia & MCA
* Equality & Diversity
* GDPR/Data Protection
We also offer advanced training in palliative care, autism awareness, and sensory impairment care.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
* Genuine compassion and respect for others
* Good communication skills
* Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to quality care
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
* Previous experience in domiciliary care or healthcare
