Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse at our specialist care home, you will be at the centre of our care approach. You will lead your team in delivering high-quality care that supports the complex needs of each resident. From neurorehabilitation to long-term clinical support, your expertise will ensure that every resident receives individualised attention and respect.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead your team in delivering high-quality care
* Take ownership of care planning, medication management, and clinical decision-making
* Offer hands-on support with day-to-day care
* Champion dignity, advocate for resident needs, and help maintain a safe, empowering environment
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN. You should have a calm, compassionate approach and a genuine passion for helping others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong clinical judgement and a team-oriented mindset.

* Shift pattern: 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM
* 30-minute paid break per shift, plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks
