Nursery Practitioner - Level 2
Full time: up to 40 hours
Hourly rate: £13.00 per hour
Footsteps Stratford Nursery is the home of nature-based play. We are looking for passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their team. With all rooms having free-flow access to woodland gardens, children can fully connect with the great outdoors. We’re a family by name, and we’re a family by nature too. Ashleigh has four nursery rooms, one for each stage of development, each has its own outside play area.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
- Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
- Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
- Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
- Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development
- To be fun, caring and friendly
- To promote a high-quality learning environment
Requirements
What do we need from you?
- Passion and commitment to working in childcare
- Ability to work shifts between 7.30-6.00pm Monday to Friday working up to 40 hours per week
- Commitment to continual development
- Have sound Knowledge of EYFS
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ level 2 or 3, EY Educator
