As a MEICA Project Manager you'll be working within the Southern Water Framework supporting them in planning, executing, and delivering projects related to MEICA systems in the Water Industry, from outline design through to commissioning and handover. Your day to day will include:
* Provide technical support to the design and commercial teams.
* Develop, implement, and monitor pre-construction process plans.
* Attend and contribute to start-up, design, and weekly site meetings.
* Oversee the management and performance of suppliers and subcontractors.
* Ensure all project documentation is in place for successful handover and sign-off.
* Manage scope changes in line with contract requirements, including early warnings and compensation events.
* Compile and deliver accurate O&M manuals and Health & Safety files, using internal or outsourced resources. Have a strong understanding and experience of NEC contracts.
* Hold a valid ECS/CSCS Card and SMSTS Certification.
* Hold a Full Driving Licence.
