We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the weekend operations of our kitchen. Duties
* Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring all team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency in all dishes served.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Ensure that the kitchen is well-organised, clean, and equipped for optimal performance during service times.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hotel setting.
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to maintain compliance in the kitchen.
* Exceptional leadership qualities, demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide staff members.
* Previous experience in hospitality or barista roles is advantageous but not essential.
