The Role
The Portfolio Analyst will manage and optimise the performance of our project portfolio by engaging with stakeholders. You will analyze the project portfolio and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will help ensure that our portfolio of projects is sustainable, financially viable, and aligns with the corporate business plan.
You will monitor the performance of a portfolio of projects and programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Analyzing project data to identify trends, risks, and mitigation strategies, and escalating issues when necessary.
The successful candidate will assist in managing resource allocation across the portfolio, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment between project objectives and organisational goals.
About You
We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Portfolio Analyst or Project Analyst, or someone with experience supporting multiple projects within a structured portfolio. Experience in delivering large ICT projects or implementations, with a strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or similar frameworks, is essential.
You should have excellent attention to detail when managing data and hold the following qualifications:
* ITIL Foundation
* Prince2
* Equivalent MSP Agile
