In this role, you’ll build deep, trusted relationships with existing NBS Manufacturing customers. You'll retain accounts, unlock upsell opportunities, and act as the face of our business—always putting the customer first. You’ll act as a true account manager, connecting across departments to socialise and champion our evolving NBS Manufacturing solutions. You’ll bring energy, insight, and integrity to every interaction, ensuring we consistently deliver a first-class customer experience. Principal Job Responsibilities Hit renewal and upsell targets, delivering value and ROI to every customer. Lead quarterly customer reviews, identifying pain points and growth opportunities. Be an expert in all NBS solutions—earning your place as a trusted advisor. Understand and interpret customer needs and translate these into actionable solutions. Keep Salesforce fully updated—track activity, insights, and opportunities in real-time. Secure appointments with key decision makers and influencers across customer organisations. Represent the voice of the customer across Hubexo—champion feedback and drive continuous improvement. Attend industry events, both virtually and in-person, to strengthen customer relationships. Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Operations teams. Stay on top of industry developments to anticipate customer needs and drive future growth.
