The Opportunity
We offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people‑focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the success of our hotel. This is a hands‑on, visible role where you will help shape the guest experience and support the team to perform at their best.
How You’ll Make a Difference
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the operation and lead the team during service. You will set clear expectations, lead by example, and step in confidently to support or deputise when required. With a strong focus on exceptional food and beverage experiences, you will help drive revenue through great service, attention to detail, and positive energy on the floor. Above all, you’ll help create memorable, personalised experiences that encourage guests to return.
Qualifications
* Have previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory or senior team member role
* Enjoy leading by example and supporting others to feel confident and capable during service
* Take pride in high standards of presentation, service and attention to detail
* Communicate clearly and positively, even in a busy or fast‑paced environment
* Be motivated by creating great guest experiences and helping teams work well together
* Want to continue developing your leadership skills within hospitality
