As Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and delivering on new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with the biggest brands within the additive manufacturing sector and deliver solutions tailored to their needs.

This role reports to Head of Commercial.
Main tasks of the job
* Maintain and convert key existing OEM opportunities
* Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within extrusion-based 3D printing sector
* Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with our partners
* Conduct needs analyses to provide appropriate 3D printing solutions
* Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, working effectively with other departments
* Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial offers
* Maintain strong knowledge of the company's product portfolio and services
* Attend and represent the company at industry events and trade shows
* Serve as an internal advocate for your customer account
* Ensure successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Collaborate with other departments across the business to achieve the above
* Maintain CRM funnel, follow up with customer and update records

Essential skills and experience
* Passionate about delivering the best results for both the customer and the business
* Technically astute, with a problem-solving attitude and a hunger to learn
* Solid experience in B2B sales or business development, or in-depth knowledge of FDM 3D printing with sales and business development experience
* Excellent presentation and communication skills – with people whose first language isn’t always English
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Proficient in reporting KPIs both internally and externally to customers
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office suite
