The Role: Develop and improve tools, templates, and CAD manuals. Provide training and support to technicians, identifying skill gaps and implementing learning opportunities. Ensure the seamless integration of Revit technology into our structural engineering designs. Produce accurate, high-quality structural drawings and details from architectural concepts. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and M&E teams to ensure precision and consistency. Review and coordinate drawings across multiple disciplines to maintain project accuracy. Drive innovation in structural drafting and encourage best practices in design presentation The Ideal Candidate : Strong experience as a Technician with expertise in Revit.
