As a Governance Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to the Governance team, helping ensure that key processes across our function run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Governance & Compliance: support the team across governance, data protection and insurance, coordinating the signing and sealing process by organising signatories and logging the use of the company seal, managing the wider team's inbox and other ad-hoc administration.
* Contract Management: support the Head of Governance in managing key governance contracts such as our legal panel contract, including collation of KPI data, monitoring documentation, and arranging meetings.
* Procurement & Finance: raise purchase orders, process invoices for goods and services, assist with budget management by identifying miscoded expenditure, and set up and maintain accurate records for new and existing suppliers.
* General Administration: organise meetings and venues, prepare agendas and minutes, respond to routine information requests, and accurately maintain databases, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
* Understanding and experience of handling sensitive personal data, maintaining data security and confidentiality.
* Knowledge and experience of using a range of IT systems to deliver a function or service.
* Experience in creating spreadsheets and graphs, analysing data, and producing reports.
* An awareness of the work of housing associations and the social housing sector.
