I am currently working with a well-established commercial vehicle business in Inverness who are looking to appoint a Parts Sales Executive to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has a strong work ethic, and is keen to develop a long-term career within the automotive / commercial vehicle sector. While experience in parts is advantageous, it is not essential — the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring vehicles are back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is a fast-paced, varied position combining customer service, sales, and parts identification.
You will also work closely with manufacturers and internal teams to develop strong working relationships and support ongoing business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting customers with parts enquiries and orders
* Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
* Identifying and promoting sales opportunities
* Working with manufacturers to develop strong partnerships
* Assisting with regional promotions and growth initiatives
* Using online systems and platforms to support sales activity
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth order processing

* IT literate with the ability to learn systems quickly
* A team player who is flexible and enthusiastic
* Full UK driving licence essential
