Plan, schedule, and execute procurement, production planning, dispatch, and export activities, including inbound materials planning and production scheduling. Manage import/export activities in accordance with standards and customer requirements. Oversee the full Supply Chain Management (SCM) process from end to end, including raw materials management, production requirements such as capacity management, warehouse storage of finished goods, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

Health and Safety
* Maintain a safe working environment within Operations, ensuring compliance with safe systems of work, procedures, and statutory regulations.
* Report accidents and incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Quality
* Ensure that appropriate planning procedures and work instructions are in place and followed.
* Identify opportunities for improving the quality and effectiveness of the planning process and collaborate with colleagues across functions to implement improvements.
People
* Perform production planning and control, including capacity planning, order scheduling, release, and sequencing, based on demand and production plans.
* Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, sales, and purchasing teams to resolve issues and conflicts within the Operations Plan.
* Manage delivery to customers, including transport, dispatch, freight management, customs clearance, and packaging according to standards.
* Handle customer orders and service issues, liaising with relevant departments to ensure standards are met.
* Work with sales and marketing to understand customer requirements, prioritize orders, and reflect these in the Operations Plan.
Operations
* Plan and implement investments in supply chain equipment such as forklifts, warehouses, and vehicles.
* Manage inventory and warehouse operations for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods, monitoring inventory levels according to standards.
* Manage external logistics partners and control master data related to supply chain parameters.
* Monitor supply chain performance, identifying and implementing process improvements.
* Contribute to the development of internal supply chain standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using CBS methods.
