Production Welder – Immediate Start We are currently seeking two skilled Production Welders to join our team without delay. Please note that the Stores and Assembly positions have now been filled. Position Details Role: Production Welder Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts Hours: Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 2:00pm; Friday, 6:00am – 1:00pm Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm; Friday, 1:00pm – 8:00pm Key Responsibilities Accurately read and interpret fabrication drawings Weld Mild Steel, DF and Pre-galvanised materials of varying thicknesses Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Identify and resolve potential issues with profiles before and during production Grind and polish finished products to a high standard Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold quality throughout all tasks Candidate Requirements Proven welding experience in a production environment Ability to read and work from technical drawings Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Capable of working independently and as part of a team Successful completion of a weld test as part of the recruitment process Physically able to handle steel components Why Apply?
