About the Role
As Spa Manager, you will:
Lead and develop a talented team of therapists and spa hosts
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and personalised service
Deliver high standards across spa operations, cleanliness and safety
Manage spa memberships, guest engagement and retention
Oversee stock control, spa promotions and event participation
Conduct regular health & safety checks and contractor coordination
Carry out treatments and duty management responsibilities as required
