Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Portsmouth, Lakeside North Harbour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Salary: £25,500 + uncapped commission (OTE £30k–£130k+)

What you’ll do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained and supported to build your career in recruitment from day one. You’ll learn how to:
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Source and attract top talent in your specialist recruitment market
Understand trends and opportunities within your sector
Progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, often within 12 months
You’ll receive structured recruitment training, mentorship, and a clear career pathway to help you succeed.
