Warehouse Operations Manager Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth (initially based from Birmingham office) Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE Job Type: Full Time / Permanent IRS Group are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager on behalf of a growing logistics and distribution operation preparing to launch a new site at Magna Park, Lutterworth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business during a major growth phase and play a key role in setting up and driving warehouse operations from the early stages of the site launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, supporting operational performance, managing teams, and ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely and in line with customer expectations.
