This contractor role is responsible for the compliant planning and execution of Advisory Boards, departmental meetings, and other HCP-facing programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning of Medical Affairs Advisory Boards and strategic meetingsServe as primary point of contact for HCPs regarding travel and logisticsManage HCP contracts, fair market value review, and payment processingEnsure accurate Transfer of Value (ToV) reporting (Sunshine Act, EFPIA)Submit and track events through internal compliance and approval systemsNegotiate and manage vendor contracts (venues, catering, AV, transportation)Conduct site visits and evaluate venues against compliance standardsDevelop and manage budgets, purchase orders, and expense reconciliationPartner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Medical teamsAttend events to ensure seamless on-site executionPrepare internal communications and post-event reporting/metricsSupport process improvements and provide guidance on compliant event execution Qualifications: Bachelor's degree + 4+ years in pharmaceutical or compliant event planningStrong experience with HCP engagement, contracting, and regulatory requirementsProven ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsUp to 25% international travel
