About the role:
As a Senior Motorsport Technologist, you will drive the development of advanced fuel formulations to maximise performance of a hybrid F1 power unit, whilst also ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance. In doing so, you will work closely with both bp and customer engineering teams to understand combustion system sensitivity and translate this into effective fuel design, as well as enabling timely approval and delivery, working with motorsport regulatory bodies and logistics partners.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the optimisation of fuel performance under the FIAs challenging 2026 regulations and beyond, while supporting bps broader ambitions in lower carbon fuels and technology partnerships.
