Your new company You'll be joining a respected local authority committed to delivering efficient and sustainable waste management services across the region. Your new role As a Waste Management Supervisor, you will oversee the Waste Transfer Station (WTS) and Waste Haulage operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising HGV drivers and waste operatives, managing on-site assets, planning logistics, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management systems. You'll also play a key role in staff training and development while liaising with stakeholders such as the Environment Agency and Traffic Commissioner. Working pattern: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 weekends.
